DRTK 2 Base Station - Cannot sign in to adjust co-ordinates

DJI D-RTK 2 Base Station has not been activated. User then cannot do firmware updates - firmware keeps crashing. We could not replicate the error of not being able to sign into the base station to adjust co-ordinates. Resolution is to refer them to support@dji.com to request remote activation of base station.
